What is the minimum Order?

Christmas Orders minimum is $150

What is the Delivery Charge?

The delivery Charge is Flat rate of $10.

What is the deadline for placing an order?

2pm today for tomorrows delivery

Can I order in advance?

Yes you can order up to 14 days in advance, please be mindful of our delivery days (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) Will be limited during holiday periods.

What are the delivery times?

We have two available slots at the moment.
8am – 12pm and 12pm – 4pm

If an item is out of stock but hasn’t been updated online.

A staff member will call you to discuss replacement or refund.

I have placed and order but didn’t receive an email confirmation

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please give us a call on 03 9699 7189

If no one is home for delivery.

If no one is at home our driver will give you call for further instructions.

Any issues with the seafood you received?

Take pictures of product, receipt and either call us or email us (contact form that can attach pictures)

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packed in a waxed cardboard box, and the products will be sealed/vacuum sealed.

What are the fees for Christmas Orders 2020?

Click and Collect has $3.80 packing fee and Delivery has a $10.00 fee which includes packing fee.

When is the last day to place my Christmas Order for 2020?

December the 19th will be the last day to place an order.

Which days can i place my Christmas Order for?

December 23rd . For delivery and pickup.

December 24th. For Pickup only. (All our delivery slots for the 24th of December have been filled. )

Where do i pickup my Christmas Order from?

You can pickup your order from the York Street Carpark, there will be an Aptus Marquee setup there.
