Description
Our salmon comes in daily and gets filleted as it comes off our truck for your consumption. We use Petuna Salmon which comes from the remote south-west coast of Tasmania, where the cool wilderness waters of the Franklin-Gordon Rivers collide with the salt water of the Great Southern Ocean. We pin bone all our salmon and can be bought with skin on or off.
There are multiple ways to cook salmon, barbecued, baked, pan fried or served raw as Sashimi. We also provide sashimi salmon already cut or prepared for you to cut as you want.
Atlantic salmon is rich in heart-healthy omega-3s. It is also a low calorie protein source that also has low saturated fat. It has a mild flavor with a delicate texture.
