Description
New Zealand King salmon is the “King” of the Salmon, they are the oiliest, a good thing for texture, flavour and highest omega 3 content. King salmon are farmed in the cleanest water on earth and are the same species as wild King salmons found in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest also known as the Chinook salmon.
IT has soft and delicate pink flesh and a silky texture. It is extremely versatile in the kitchen and great for pan frying, steaming, grilling and barbequed. Can also be served as sashimi.
