Description
Our salmon comes in daily and gets filleted as it comes off our truck for your consumption. We use Petuna Salmon which comes from the remote south-west coast of Tasmania, where the cool wilderness waters of the Franklin-Gordon Rivers collide with the salt water of the Great Southern Ocean.
We have Marinated our Salmon with a Teriyaki Glaze, Fresh chilli & Sesame Seeds for an easy ready to cook meal.
Atlantic salmon is rich in heart-healthy omega-3s. It is also a low calorie protein source that also has low saturated fat. It has a mild flavor with a delicate texture.
